She left the idol group after graduating from university and pursuing her passion for becoming a pilot. Facing age pressures in the idol industry and recognizing the limited career span, she decided to switch careers and became a commercial pilot for EVA Air, a major Taiwanese airline.

Initially, Wang Sing failed her pilot trainee exam in Taiwan, according to \mothersip. But later she succeeded in obtaining her pilot license overseas. She is now recognized for her role as a pilot and is affectionately called "Taiwan's Prettiest Pilot."

Wang Sing occasionally shares glimpses of her life as a pilot on her Instagram account (@singsingwang) and has expressed that perseverance was key in finding her own path after leaving AKB48.

According to Mothership, Wang once failed a trainee pilot test in Taiwan. She got her pilot's license overseas.


"If you are willing to keep trying, you will eventually find your own way," she said on the interview.
