In a video posted on social media, she revealed that she has a perforated nasal septum, a condition she candidly attributed to her past history of drug use.

In a TikTok video shared on November 10, 2025, the 27-year-old star demonstrated her perforated septum by shining a cell phone light into her nose.

She explained that the condition causes a loud whistling sound whenever she breathes through her nose.

An Honest Confession by Paris Jackson

However, she emphasized, "I don't recommend it because it ruined my life."

In the two-minute video, Jackson explains that the "very loud whistling sound" coming from his nose is caused by a perforated nasal septum. The Cleveland Clinic describes it as a hole in the tissue that separates the nostrils.
