Titled "Into the Grand Line," the second season premiered globally on March 10, 2026, on the Netflix streaming platform.

Fans of the Straw Hat Pirates can now watch the continuing adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew as they search for the legendary treasure, One Piece.
The series is expected to once again break viewing records and delight both existing fans and new viewers with its ambitious production and immersive storyline.
Adapted Storyline and Arcs
The second season of Netflix's One Piece, "Into the Grand Line," will take the Straw Hat Pirates deeper into the world's most dangerous ocean, the Grand Line.
This region is known for its extreme weather, terrifying sea monsters, and far more powerful enemies. This adventure will be a true test for Luffy and his crew in pursuing their dreams.
This adaptation effectively bridges the end of the East Blue Saga to the beginning of the Alabasta Saga.
Some key arcs that will be covered include Loguetown, the city where Gol D. Roger was executed, where Luffy will face the Marine pursuer, Smoker.
Next up is Reverse Mountain (Twin Cape), where the crew encounters the colossal whale Laboon.
The adventure continues to Whiskey Peak, a pirate town harboring secret agents of Baroque Works, a dangerous crime syndicate.
Here, important characters such as Princess Vivi (under the alias Miss Wednesday) and Mr. 8 will be introduced.
One of the most anticipated arcs is Drum Island, which will introduce the iconic reindeer-man doctor, Tony Tony Chopper, along with Doctor Kureha and Doctor Hiriluk.
One Piece Netflix Season 2 Cast
Iñaki Godoy returns as Monkey D. Luffy, Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji.
In addition to the core cast, many new faces join the cast to portray iconic characters from the adapted arcs.
Among them are Mikaela Hoover as the voice of Tony Tony Chopper, Lera Abova as Ms. All Sunday/Nico Robin, and Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday/Nefertari Vivi.
This new cast adds depth and dynamism to the story.Other key antagonists and supporting characters are also played by talented actors.
Joe Manganiello will play Crocodile (Mr. 0), David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, and Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5. Also joining the cast are Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, Clive Russell as Crocus, Werner Coetser as Dorry, and Brendan Murray as Brogy.
Callum Kerr will appear as Smoker, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, and Rob Colletti as Wapol.
Ty Keogh as Dalton, Katey Sagal as Doctor Kureha, and Mark Harelik as Doctor Hiriluk also join the cast.
Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra, Rigo Sanchez as Dragon (Luffy's father), Yonda Thomas as Igaram, James Hiroyuki Liao as Ipponmatsu, Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek, Anton David Jeftha as K.M., Mark Penwill as Chess, and Nahum Hughes as Bartolomeo round out the promising cast.
Future Projections: Season Three in Production?
So far, the initial reception to the second season was very positive, even achieving a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes, praised how the series expanded its world and presented much more ambitious action sequences than the previous season.
One Piece season 2 successfully gets 100% tomatometer and 96% audience score so far.
The success and positive reception of Netflix's One Piece has prompted Netflix to quickly confirm the production of a third season.
Production for the third season is already in its early stages, with filming beginning in late 2025 and expected to conclude in June 2026.
Several new names have been announced to join the third season, including Xolo Maridueña, who will play Portgas D. Ace, and Cole Escola as Bon Clay.
Netflix's One Piece season three is expected to premiere in mid-to-late 2027.
