Global Debut and Availability Schedule
The official launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra took place in China on March 30, 2026. The device previously attracted global attention after being showcased at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona.
Vivo has confirmed the global availability of the X300 Ultra, with pre-orders in the Eurozone opening on April 16, 2026, and shipping beginning on April 24.
Third-party retailers such as Amazon will also begin selling the device on April 24, while mobile operators will begin sales on April 30.
For the Indian market, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to launch around May 2026.

The Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 2K resolution (3168x1440 pixels) and a 144Hz refresh rate.
This display also features a Zeiss Master Color Display that supports Dolby Vision HDR, 2160Hz PWM dimming, DC-like dimming, and Armor Glass protection.
In terms of performance, the Vivo X300 Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) octa-core processor with an Adreno 840 GPU and the Vivo VS1+ imaging chip.
The device is available with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage, offering configurations such as 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
The phone runs on Android 16 based on OriginOS 6 and is powered by a 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging.

In China, the 12GB + 256GB model is priced at CNY 6,999, the 12GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 7,499, and the 16GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 7,999.
The highest variant, the 16GB + 1TB (Satellite Communication Edition), is priced at CNY 8,999.
Additionally, Vivo is offering a Photographer Kit that includes the 16GB + 1TB Satellite Communication Edition for CNY 11,999 or CNY 12,999.
