Odysseus' Epic Adventure in The Odyssey

The Odyssey will follow the journey of the Greek hero Odysseus, king of Ithaca, as he struggles to return to his homeland after the victory in the Trojan War.

Nolan was inspired by Emily Wilson's 2017 translation of The Odyssey and the films of special effects artist Ray Harryhausen to create a realistic yet epic vision.
