The sold-out show, which was attended by 45,000 enthusiastic fans in just a matter of hours, was a resounding success. Quickly, MCR's first stage performance was shared on social media.
A series of hits were played, including "Cancer", "Helena", "Welcome to the Black Parade", and others, but one of the main topics of conversation that night was the simulated "election".

According to fans sharing information on Reddit, black and white mugshot-style photos with crossed-out faces were displayed on the screen, in a style similar to the "'exterminate poster from the Danger Days era". The audience was invited to vote on the fate of the four candidates with a "YAY" or "NAY" sign.
Another unique moment in the show occurred when MCR personnel were kidnapped by a clown, who was then blown up at night, which left fans in hysterics.
"Imagine trying to explain to a casual MCR fan that at their concert, they actually executed four people live and then ended The Black Parade with a clown being blown up", wrote one fan.
