The script for Oh, the Places You'll Go! was written by Rob Lieber.
The film's original songs will be composed by the composer duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, who previously had success with La La Land and The Greatest Showman.
The film's production is under the auspices of Dr. Seuss Enterprises and J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot, who also acts as producer.
Warner Bros. Pictures Animation has announced that the animated film will be released in theaters, including those with the IMAX format, on March 17, 2028.
The project is directed by Jon M. Chu (Wicked) with Jill Culton (Abominable), and is said to be one of the studio's top priorities.
Not only Ariana Grande, but also Josh Gad, known for voicing Olaf in Frozen, will star in this movie.
As is known, Ariana Grande is currently shining thanks to her role as Glinda in the movie Wicked, which was also directed by Jon M. Chu.
Her second film in the Wicked series, titled Wicked: For Good, is scheduled to air in November 2025.
