Chronology of the Case and the "No Bill" Decision
The case involving Isaiah Bond began with an arrest warrant issued in early April 2025.
Bond immediately surrendered to police and was released shortly after posting bail.
The legal process then continued with a grand jury review of the evidence in Collin County, Texas.
On August 14, 2025, Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis announced that the grand jury had returned a "no bill" in the sexual assault case involving Isaiah Bond.
The term "no bill" means no charges will be filed against Bond, thus ending all criminal proceedings related to the matter.
This decision effectively cleared Bond of any criminal charges.
From the outset of the case, Bond had maintained that the allegations against him were "completely false."
He affirmed his readiness to fully cooperate with authorities.

Alleged Victims and Isaiah Bond's Response
According to an affidavit obtained by WFAA.com, the alleged victim claims that initial communication with Isaiah Bond occurred via Instagram and text messages, with discussions of sexual intercourse.
The victim stated that the February 4th encounter was initially consensual.
However, the victim claims Bond then "brought up the idea of the acts they had previously discussed" and continued with the acts even though the victim felt "uncomfortable."
The victim also alleged that Bond asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and then offered payment via text message.
In response, Bond filed a defamation lawsuit against his accuser within a week of his arrest.
Bond's agent, Damien Butler, alleged that Bond was "targeted by a woman eight years his senior, pursued relentlessly, lured with explicit photos and videos, and ultimately framed for financial gain."
The defamation lawsuit was later dismissed by a Texas district court in June or July, before the "no bill" ruling was issued.

Before his arrest, Isaiah Bond was an outstanding NFL prospect, even projected as a second-round pick in the draft.
However, the arrest resulted in Bond being undrafted in the NFL draft.

“First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Cleveland Browns for believing in me and allowing me the opportunity to continue my career in the NFL,” Bond wrote in a statement on X.
Despite Bond's stated intentions, ESPN reported that the agreement between Bond and the Browns has not been finalized.
Throughout his football career, Bond played two seasons at Alabama, recording 65 catches, 888 yards, and 5 touchdowns.
He then transferred to Texas for his junior season, where he recorded 34 catches for 540 yards and 5 touchdowns.
