Netflix has officially confirmed the continuation of Wednesday season 3, a move taken even before the second season was fully released to the public.

Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, co-showrunners and co-creators, will return to helm the project.

Previously, filming for the second season was scheduled to wrap in December 2024 after beginning in May 2024 in Ireland, with an anticipated release in August 2025.

However, the production schedule for Wednesday season 3 has undergone significant changes.
