Barcelona's 6-0 Thrashing of Valencia C.F. in La Liga 2025/2026

The match, which took place on Sunday, September 14, 2025, held at the Estadi Johan Cruyff, showcased a superb attacking performance from the Blaugrana.

Entering the second half, Barcelona didn't let up their attack and instead stepped up their game.

The Blaugrana players scored five more goals, further decimating Valencia C.F.'s deficit.

Raphinha, who came on as a substitute, made an instant impact by scoring in the 53rd minute after receiving a cross from Marcus Rashford.

He then doubled his tally in the 66th minute, confirming his contribution.

Robert Lewandowski also impressed after coming on in the 68th minute, scoring twice in the 76th and 86th minutes.

Fermin Lopez completed his brace in the 56th minute, making the final score 6-0 in Barcelona's favor.

In this match, Barcelona played without their star winger, Lamine Yamal, who was suffering from a groin injury.

Coach Hansi Flick had criticized the Spanish national team for playing Yamal twice despite his injury problems during World Cup qualifying.

Raphinha, who started the match on the bench due to disciplinary issues after arriving late for training, put in a brilliant performance and scored two crucial goals after coming on in the second half.
