'Wicked For Good' Final Trailer Released: Reveals Elphaba and Glinda's Deep Conflict

The trailer's release marks the final major marketing push before the film hits theaters on November 21, 2025.

The highly anticipated trailer features snippets of iconic songs from Act 2 of the musical, such as "Thank Goodness," "No Good Deed," and "For Good."

Public enthusiasm for the film "Wicked" has never waned, especially after the success of "Wicked: Part One" which was released on November 22, 2024.

“Elphaba, they are coming for you,” says Glinda over a scene of pitchfork-carrying Ozians.

Elphaba replies, “You’re the only friend I’ve ever had.”

The final trailer for "Wicked: For Good," released on September 24, 2025, revealed several exciting elements.

The musical adaptation of "Wicked" is divided into two parts.

She continues to fight for the freedom of the silenced animals of Oz and seeks to uncover the truth about the corrupt Wizard.

Meanwhile, Glinda has become a glamorous symbol of goodness for all of Oz, residing in a palace in the Emerald City and enjoying fame and popularity.

Under Madame Morrible's instructions, Glinda is tasked with being a cheerful entertainer for Oz, assuring the masses that all is well under the Wizard's rule.

Although her fame spreads and she prepares to marry Prince Fiyero, Glinda is haunted by her separation from Elphaba.

She attempts to broker a reconciliation between Elphaba and the Wizard, but her efforts fail, further estranging Elphaba and Glinda.

This event will change Boq and Fiyero forever, and threaten the safety of Elphaba's sister, Nessarose, when a girl from Kansas unexpectedly appears in their lives.

As the angry mob rises against the Wicked Witch, Glinda and Elphaba must unite one last time.

“Wicked: For Good” will also feature two new songs: “No Place Like Home” for Elphaba and “The Girl In The Bubble” for Glinda.

These songs were written by Stephen Schwartz, Cynthia Erivo, and Ariana Grande.

Wicked: For Good will hit theaters on November 21, a year after the first Wicked film, which was a commercial and critical success.

The film grossed over $750 million at the global box office and received several Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, where it ultimately won awards for production design and costume design.
