Police responded to a report of the incident at approximately 1:00 a.m. local time near the railroad tracks at the intersection of Millbrook Lane and Nuffield Lane.

Allen was found by officers at the scene and immediately rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

However, his injuries were fatal and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.

Joshua Allen's death was confirmed by his representative, Christina Price, and family members to the media.

Joshua Allen died at the age of 36 in a fatal train accident in Fort Worth, Texas.

Allen's representative, Christina Price, highlighted the dancer's "heart" as his most prominent characteristic.

Meanwhile, choreographer and friend, Emmanuel Hurd, paid tribute on Instagram, calling Joshua Allen "the soul of the party" and "a true King."

Also, Emmanuel Hurd told TMZ earlier Wednesday morning he was "a very honest, real person."

Hurd also implied that Allen is now "with Stephen," referring to Stephen "tWitch" Boss, the runner-up on SYTYCD season four who passed away in 2022.

Price also added that the death of Stephen "tWitch" Boss weighed heavily on Joshua Allen's mind.

In his final Instagram post on July 21, Allen shared a photo of himself and the late Malcolm-Jamal Warner, who died at the age of 54 after drowning while on a family vacation in Costa Rica, and paid tribute to the actor.

Joshua Allen was born on March 13, 1989, in Fort Worth, Texas, and began dancing at the age of eight.

He was inspired by Michael Jackson and was able to imitate dance moves after seeing him perform once, despite not having extensive formal training.

The pinnacle of Joshua Allen's career came when he auditioned for "So You Think You Can Dance" in Dallas with his friend, Comfort Fedoke.

Joshua rose to fame in 2008 when he competed on the 4th season of 'SYTYCD'.

He won the season, with the late Stephen "tWitch" Boss coming in 2nd place.

On August 7, 2008, he was crowned the winner of the fourth season, defeating Stephen "tWitch" Boss, and took home the $250,000 prize.

He mastered hip-hop, Broadway, samba, contemporary, West Coast swing, Viennese Waltz, rumba, Argentine tango, disco, lyrical jazz, and jive.
