The global pop star revealed details about the upcoming release of a new concert film and documentary series related to her phenomenal "The Eras Tour."

Both ambitious projects, the concert film "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show" and the documentary series "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era," are scheduled to premiere exclusively on the Disney+ streaming platform on December 12, 2025.

Fans will be treated to a new concert film, "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show," which will be available on Disney+ starting December 12, 2025.

The film will captures the tour's final performance in Vancouver, Canada.

What makes this film even more special is the inclusion of "The Tortured Poets Department" in the updated setlist.

This segment was not included in the previous "The Eras Tour" concert film released in 2023.

The film is directed by Glenn Weiss and produced by Taylor Swift Productions in association with Silent House Productions.

Alongside the concert film, Disney+ will also premiere a six-episode documentary series titled "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era."

The series will provide an intimate and in-depth look at Taylor Swift's life during the tour that made global headlines.

The first two episodes will premiere on December 12, followed by two more episodes each week thereafter.

As announced on “Good Morning America,” the documentary series is described as “an intimate look at Taylor’s life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world,” spotlighting “performers, family members, and friends”

Opening artists like Gracie Abrams and Sabrina Carpenter, as well as guest stars like Ed Sheeran and Florence Welch, will also share their stories.

The series is directed by Don Argott and co-directed by Sheena M. Joyce, and produced by Object + Animal.

“It was the End of an Era and we knew it,” Swift wrote in a post announcing the projects on her social media.

“We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it as it wound down. And to film the final show in its entirety.”

This announcement came after the incredible success of Taylor Swift's twelfth album, "The Life of a Showgirl," which was released on October 3, 2025.

The previous concert film, "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour," which hit theaters in October 2023, also made history, grossing over $260 million at the global box office.

"The Eras Tour" itself ran from March 2023 to December 2024, spanning 149 shows in 19 countries and attracting over 10 million fans.
