In the South Park narrative, this "6-7" joke is deemed "satanic numerology" by Principal PC, sparking panic among the students.

The character Cartman is depicted as obsessed with the "6-7" joke, repeating it constantly to the point of vomiting incessantly.

Cartman's condition is one of the reasons Peter Thiel is called in as a guest speaker to shed light on the ensuing chaos.

As an "Antichrist expert," Thiel explains that the Antichrist is a newer, more human form of Satan who will soon walk the Earth.
