Spoiler Alert! A Dramatic 'Changes' at Station 42

The fourth season of "Fire Country" will open with the devastating impact of the Zabel Ridge fire, which tragically claimed the life of Vince Leone.

Vince's death will be a devastating blow to Bode and Sharon, forcing them to confront deep grief and new challenges in their lives.

Station 42 will face internal turmoil after the loss of their leader, but they must unite for a high-stakes rescue mission.

This mission will test their strength, loyalty, and the future of their firefighting team.

Amidst this fragile situation, a new battalion chief, Brett Richards (played by Shawn Hatosy), will arrive with plans for drastic changes, challenging the "Leone way" Vince has established.

Bode Leone (Max Thieriot) will grapple with grief and the temptations of addiction following the death of his father.

The departure of Gabriela Perez (Stephanie Arcila) from Edgewater to become a recruiter for Cal Fire will also add to Bode's emotional burden.

Although Gabriela will no longer be a series regular, executive producers hinted that the Bode-Gabriela story isn't over and there's hope for her return as a guest star in the future.
