While it looked incredibly realistic, North West herself confirmed that all elements of the look were temporary and part of a creative experiment.

Photos and videos shared on North's official TikTok account showed her completing the ensemble with glittery blue braids, dramatic fake lashes, henna designs on her hands, and a matching blue manicure.

In a viral TikTok video, North West appears with a series of eye-catching accessories.

Fake face tattoos are the most striking elements, including a small star under her eye and her name written in cursive on her left cheek.

In addition to her tattoos, she also sports a fake septum piercing, which adds a bold touch to her face.

Her look is complemented by long false eyelashes, black grills adorning her teeth, and bright blue contact lenses that change the color of her eyes.

Over the summer, the reality star drew criticism after dressing her daughter in a corset while on vacation in Rome.

Some users criticized Kim Kardashian for allowing her 12-year-old daughter to sport a style deemed too mature or controversial.
