The Jonas Brothers Return with a New Christmas Movie 'A Very Jonas Christmas Movie' on Disney+

The plot of 'A Very Jonas Christmas Movie' centers on the Jonas Brothers' attempt to return to New York from London for a family Christmas.

This supposedly simple trip turns into a series of misadventures and unexpected obstacles across Europe.

Long-simmering sibling tensions also influence their every move, adding to the intriguing dynamic of the story.

Nick is portrayed as a rigid perfectionist, Joe as an image-obsessed idol, while Kevin plays a regular guy with a tendency to agree easily.

“When we were first working with Disney…while we were doing Camp Rock and our TV show, we discussed a lot of ideas of other things we wanted to do, and one of those ideas was a Christmas film, but it never came together back then,” he explained.

“So cut to 15 years later, we find ourselves teaming up with Disney again to work on Camp Rock 3, producing that and doing a little cameo in it. Then we opened up the conversation again about the Christmas movie, and the creative team came to us with an incredible take, just this whole idea of us trying to get home for Christmas after being stranded in Europe.”

'A Very Jonas Christmas Movie' boasts an impressive cast, including Chloe Bennet as Lucy, Billie Lourd as Cassidy, and Laverne Cox as Stacy.

It also features appearances by KJ Apa as Gene, Andrew Barth Feldman as Ethan, and Andrea Martin as Deb.

The film also features cameos from several celebrities, including Randall Park as their manager, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Santa Claus, and Will Ferrell, who appears with his family as a Jonas Brothers fan.

Members of the Jonas family, including Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Danielle Jonas, and Frankie Jonas, also grace the screen.

In fact, Nick Jonas' daughter, Malti, makes her screen debut in the film, along with cameos from the real Jonas Brothers.

Musicians Kenny G and Justin Tranter also appear.

'A Very Jonas Christmas Movie' features seven original songs performed by the Jonas Brothers, including a special song titled "Coming Home This Christmas," a collaboration with Kenny G. A 10-song accompanying album has also been released, providing a more complete musical experience for fans.

The film was produced by Disney Branded Television and 20th Television, with filming taking place in Toronto, Canada, in January 2025.
