Burger King's SpongeBob Meal: A Fantastic Collaboration Ahead of the New Animated Film

This collaboration between Burger King and SpongeBob SquarePants features a series of limited-edition menu creations directly inspired by the characters and world of Bikini Bottom.

One of the signature menu items is SpongeBob's Krabby Whopper®, a burger featuring a perfectly grilled 1/4-pound beef patty.

This burger is served on a square-shaped yellow bun resembling SpongeBob, colored with natural turmeric, and topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, mayonnaise, and ketchup.

Also available are Mr. Krabs' Cheesy Bacon Tots, crispy coin-shaped potato tots filled with delicious cheese and savory bacon bits, served in a Krusty Krab treasure chest-shaped carton.

For dessert, Patrick's Star-berry Shortcake Pie is available, a strawberry pie with strawberry and vanilla cream and pink stars, inspired by Patrick.

To complete the dining experience, Burger King also offers the Pirate's Frozen Pineapple Float, a refreshing pineapple-flavored frozen drink topped with tropical-flavored ice foam.

Burger King is not only introducing new menu items, but also a variety of special offers and interactive experiences to celebrate this collaboration.

One of them is the Bikini Bottom™ Bundle, a complete package that includes all four limited-edition menu items.

This package is served in the iconic "Under the Sea" pineapple-shaped box and includes a medium float and eight Cheesy Bacon Tots.

For younger fans, there's a special-edition King Jr. Meal in a pineapple-shaped box, complete with one of six collectible SpongeBob™ toys and a limited-edition SpongeBob crown.

Other special packaging is also available, including plastic cups, treasure chest cartons, and SpongeBob-themed Whopper wrappers.

Royal Perks members can order items from the SpongeBob Menu through the Burger King app to gain access to exclusive meals and other exciting offers.

As part of the promotion, Burger King is also hosting an exclusive BK x SpongeBob pop-up event in Miami, Florida, on December 6 and 7, 2025.

"Search for SquarePants" is the sixth film in the wider SpongeBob SquarePants cinematic universe, following the Netflix spin-off, Plankton: The Movie, released earlier this year.

This all-new adventure follows SpongeBob's desperate quest to become a "big man" and prove his bravery to his bosses at the Krusty Krab.

To demonstrate his bravery, he follows the mysterious ghost pirate, The Flying Dutchman, on a journey to the deepest depths of the ocean, the Underworld.

Realizing the danger his number one employee's plan poses, Mr. Krabs gathers Gary and Squidward, dusts off his old adventurer gear, and follows them to ensure SpongeBob doesn't fall into his trap.

Based on the hit animated series SpongeBob SquarePants by Stephen Hillenburg, The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants is directed by Derek Drymon from a screenplay by Pam Brady and Matt Lieberman, and a story by Marc Ceccarelli & Kaz and Pam Brady.
