Kelly Osbourne responded forcefully to the criticism in a now-deleted Instagram clip.

She stated that she had been struggling to eat since the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025.

"My dad just passed away, and I'm doing the best I can," she said, adding that she only wanted to share the happy side of her life, not the sad one.

"To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill,' or 'Get off Ozempic, you don't look right.' My dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family. And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life not the miserable side of my life," Kelly said in the since-deleted clip.

Regarding the speculation about her use of Ozempic, Kelly Osbourne has changed her view.

In October 2024, she strongly denied the claims, stating that she had never used Ozempic.

However, in July 2025, she expressed her approval of Ozempic, describing it as "amazing" and not caring about public opinion regarding her weight loss procedure.
