The first arc is the 'Itadori's Extermination Arc,' which covers manga chapters 137 to 143.

In this arc, Yuji is subjected to execution by Yuta Okkotsu under a terrifying order.

Next is the 'Perfect Preparation Arc,' which consists of 14 chapters (chapters 144-158), showcasing the sorcerers' preparations for the 'Culling Game' and highlighting the role of Maki Zenin.

The culmination of this season is the 'Culling Game Arc,' which is the biggest and most anticipated arc, covering manga chapters 159 to 221.

The 'Culling Game' is a battle royale-style death tournament launched by the ancient sorcerer Kenjaku.

The ultimate goal of the Jujutsu sorcerers entering this game is to fight Kenjaku and free Satoru Gojo from the Prison Realm.

As a prelude, a compilation film of the Shibuya Incident along with the first two episodes of 'The Culling Game Part 1' titled Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution premiered in Japanese theaters in November 2025.
