How the Mardi Gras Bar Brawl Happened

According to police reports, the incident began when Shia LaBeouf was reportedly causing a disturbance and becoming increasingly aggressive at a bar on Royal Street.

A bar staff member then attempted to remove him from the establishment while LaBeouf allegedly attempted to punch the bar staff member.

After being ejected, he reportedly punched a male customer who was assisting the bar manager.

LaBeouf then returned to the scene and allegedly punched a second man in the nose.

Videos circulating, one of which was obtained by TMZ, show LaBeouf shirtless and engaged in a heated discussion with a group of people near a New Orleans street corner.

Other videos also show LaBeouf receiving medical treatment from paramedics and then being transported to an ambulance, indicating that he also suffered injuries.

Shia LaBeouf's Legal Proceedings and Current Condition

Following the incident, Shia LaBeouf was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

After receiving medical attention and being released from the hospital, he was formally arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault.

That same day, the actor was ordered released on personal recognizance bond.

This means he can be released from custody without paying any cash, with the promise of a future court appearance.

The next hearing in Shia LaBeouf's case has been tentatively scheduled for March 19th.
