This latest announcement, made in March 2026, completes the core cast, including Maxwell Jenkins as Fred Jones, Tanner Hagen as Norville "Shaggy" Rogers, and Abby Ryder Fortson as Velma Dinkley.

They will join Mckenna Grace, who was previously confirmed to play Daphne Blake in February 2026.

The series, tentatively titled "Scooby Doo: Origins," will consist of eight episodes.
