Bryon Noem, who made his fortune in the insurance industry, allegedly sent approximately $25,000 to women he met in online fetish communities via Cash App and PayPal because he admired their unusually large breasts, as reported by the Daily Mail.

He exchanged selfies with one woman, promising to worship her like a "goddess," telling her, "You turned me into a girl," before asking if she should "wear leggings."

One model claimed she once accidentally dialed "Jason's" number and heard a voicemail message that read, "Noem Insurance, leave a message."

When she Googled Noem Insurance, she found photos of Bryon and his wife, the DHS secretary, according to the Daily Mail.
