Milania Giudice: RHONJ Star's Daughter Arrested for Domestic Violence

Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Milania Giudice, daughter of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" (RHONJ) reality star Teresa Giudice, was arrested in May 2026 on assault charges in a domestic violence incident.

The arrest of 20-year-old Milania added a new chapter to the Giudice family's long-running legal woes.

The arrest happened on May 14, 2026, at approximately 6:12 p.m. local time, in Montville Township, New Jersey, by Montville Township Police.

She was charged with one count each of simple assault and intentionally or knowingly causing bodily injury.

The case was officially classified as domestic violence.

Court records indicate the case remains active in Montville Municipal Court and is marked as "domestic violence/confidential."

Milania Giudice was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, 2026, but no plea has been entered at that hearing.

Although the victim or the person who initiated the charges are not identified in court records, her case remains active.

The charges against her, simple assault and intentional bodily injury, constitute a public order offense under New Jersey law.

Following her arrest, Milania was released pending her next court appearance.

To date, neither representatives for Milania Giudice nor Bravo, the broadcaster of RHONJ, have commented on the incident.

Milania Giudice is the third of four daughters of Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband, Joe Giudice.

Her siblings are Gia (25), Gabriella (21), and Audriana (16).

Milania is currently a student at the University of Tampa, majoring in advertising and public relations and has just completed her sophomore year.

She has been a public figure since childhood, growing up in front of the cameras of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" since the show's debut in 2009.

Milania Giudice has been a regular on RHONJ since her mother joined the series in 2009.

The reality series has been on hiatus for nearly two years after the season 14 reunion was canceled in June 2024.

Bravo revealed in March that season 15 would begin filming in the spring, with Teresa returning alongside Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania.

The mother and daughter announced on Instagram in 2024 that Milania decided to attend the University of Tampa that fall.

"Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much and I am so proud of you! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish within your four years, make mommy proud❤️ ," Teresa wrote.
