The incident comes just days after Chud was arrested for leaving a restaurant without paying a $371 bill.

Eatherly, 28, had built an online following under the pseudonym “Chud the Builder” through provocative livestreams, many of which drew criticism for inflammatory behavior and public confrontations.

Chud the Builder calls himself a "free speech patriot."

He has gained notoriety in recent weeks for broadcasting himself walking around Nashville calling people racist names, using homophobic slurs, and telling people not to "chimp out."

He carries bear spray and a gun, and often threatens to use them when people approach him.

Local residents interviewed by reporters described him as a divisive figure in the Clarksville area, alleging a pattern of antagonistic behavior in public spaces.
