Liputan6.com, Jakarta Starbucks is ready to welcome the 2025 holiday season with the launch of a highly anticipated special menu.

Starting November 6, 2025, fans can once again enjoy a variety of classic holiday drinks and foods, as well as discover some exciting new surprises that will also feature an exclusive collaboration with the iconic Hello Kitty character.

Kap Pitarys, US merchandise director for Starbucks, said combining the two brands to create this collection felt natural. Both focus on nostalgia, human connection, and bringing people together—and both are synonymous with joy.

“Starbucks and Hello Kitty have strong fandoms and deep roots in culture,” Pitarys said.

“Interestingly, both were born in the ’70s – Hello Kitty in 1974 and Starbucks in 1971. We’re excited to bring back that nostalgic vibe with this special collaboration this holiday season.”

This holiday season, Starbucks is also focused on bringing back long-missed customer favorites, including drinks that have been absent for several years.

Classic Holiday Drinks Return

On November 6, 2025, several iconic beverages will be available, including the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, and Iced Gingerbread Chai.

The Peppermint Mocha offers a blend of espresso, milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint syrup, topped with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

Meanwhile, the Caramel Brulée Latte combines espresso with steamed milk and signature caramel brulée sauce.

The Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai are also ready to delight fans with unique and refreshing holiday flavors.

Another exciting surprise is the return of the legendary Chestnut Praline Latte and Eggnog Latte.

The Eggnog Latte, which was discontinued in 2021, will return later this year during the holiday season.

Holiday Flavors and Sweets

Beyond beverages, the Starbucks holiday menu also features innovations in bakery and dessert items.

This year, Starbucks is introducing two exciting new items: the Polar Bear Cake Pop and the Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread.

In addition to new items, some old favorites in the dessert category will also return.

Customers can enjoy the Snowman Cookie, Cranberry Bliss Bar, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

For coffee lovers, Starbucks also offers a holiday whole bean coffee line.

Available options include Thanksgiving Blend, Christmas Blend (also available decaf), Christmas Blonde Roast, and Holiday Blend.

Hello Kitty and Red Cup Day Collaboration

The 2025 holiday season is getting even more festive with Starbucks' exclusive collaboration with Hello Kitty.

This limited-edition merchandise collection will launch alongside the Starbucks holiday menu on November 6, 2025.

The "Together in Fun Forever" themed collaboration celebrates Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary, although the merchandise will be released for the 2025 holiday season in the US and Canada.

The collection includes adorable items such as a Hello Kitty doll wearing Starbucks' iconic green apron, a tumbler, a mug, a cold cup, a water bottle, and a special edition gift card.

Merchandise prices range from $19.95 to $39.95 USD, depending on the product.

These items are available at participating Starbucks stores in the United States and Canada.

In addition, the annual Red Cup Day event will return at a later date during the holiday season.

On Red Cup Day, customers receive a free reusable holiday cup with every purchase of a handcrafted holiday beverage.
