The Evil Dead Franchise Continues to Grow
Sam Raimi has implemented a strategy in the "Evil Dead" franchise of selecting promising new filmmakers, giving them the opportunity to bring their own unique twists to the series.

As the sixth installment, "Evil Dead Burn" is not the only film in development.
A seventh film in the franchise, titled "Evil Dead Wrath," is also in development and is scheduled for release on April 7, 2028.
"Evil Dead Wrath" will be directed and written by Francis Galluppi, with Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert returning as producers.
